Phendimetrazine Can Help You Lose Weight

Many people try to lose weight and fail, so it is important to talk with your doctor and determine what other options are available. Many times, people constantly feel hungry when they are on a diet, which can cause them to overeat and not lose weight at all. If you are such a type of person, you may require appetite suppressants to help you lose and keep the weight off. There are many suppressants out there, such as Phendimetrazine, Phentermine and Diethylpropion. Each of these options should be used in conjunction with exercise and healthy diet.

Why Diet and Exercise

Appetite suppressants help you feel full after eating less food. Most people find that they want to continue eating because they still feel hungry. If you overeat at every meal, you will likely gain weight or at least stay at the weight you are. However, eating fried foods and other unhealthy options isn’t the best way to get healthier.

If you currently eat around 2,500 calories per day, a suppressant may help reduce that amount by 500 or more calories. In order to lose one pound of fat per week, you must reduce the amount of calories you eat by 500 each day. If you typically eat about 2,500 calories, you would need to stop eating at 2,000 calories. Most people feel hungry when they first start a diet, though exercising can allow you to eat a few more calories each day and the suppressants will also help.

Phentermine is considered a diet pill and affects neurotransmitters, which in turn decrease the appetite by telling your brain that you are full and to stop eating. It is the most common suppressant available and can be found over-the-counter.

Phendimetrazine and Diethylpropion

Both of these suppressants stimulate your central nervous system, which decreases appetite and can increase heart rate or blood pressure. These can both be very effective but are meant to be used on a short-term basis only and not for many months.

Because it increases blood pressure and heart rate, it should be used sparingly and by doctor approval only. If you have high blood pressure, you should not use either of these options.

It is considered to be a controlled substance and can only be received through prescription from a doctor. It can be habit-forming if used for long periods as it is part of the morpholine chemical class.
